OMG... My neighbour didn't put their snauscher on the leash again! That horrible dog paid no heed to its owners commands; it attacked us the minute it saw foxy! Bad dog!!! Thank god I wasn't bitten by that dreadful dog! Why can't all dog owners have the courtsey to put their dogs on the leash? Now I'm afraid to walk Foxy
