By the way, it seems that my worries for the last semester are unfounded. Phew... my GPA barely changed at all. I really thought that it was gonna be a terrible semester since I was spending most of my time daydreaming of the exchange programme. But all is fine :) Santa, it seems that I've been a good girl this year.

And now, we count down the remaining hours as we enter 2010!!! Happy new year mes amis (my friends)!

This was what I had for breakfast today! Making your very own quiche can be delightfully idiot-proof. I'm not kidding, if I can do it, there's no way in hell anyone's going to screw this one up :p

All you need are these ingredients: a pie crust, pepper, mixed herbs (your choice), salt, pepper, 3 large eggs, half cup milk, thickened cream, ham or bacon, and some swiss cheese.

So simple, so marvelous, so delicious... this is what life is all about!

On a side note, ep 4 of the simpsons's season 21 is a dream come true! A treehouse horror episode parodying resident evil... is this an omen of the next RE movie? I'm sooooo ready of the next movie!!!!

Exhausted

Preparing for an exchange programme can be terrifying; exhausting; exhilarating; and amazing all at once. There are times when I feel so stupid, and times when I'm really glad that my moments of baka-ness/blur-ness gives me the chance to learn something new. I love it, I really do :) I'm so sorry that Jin Cheng and Jingyi are the once doing most of the stuff. Please bear with me... I'm trying to keep up :) So I really wanna shout out a big " THANK U" to the two wonderful people who probably don't read my blog...


Any way, I came home to a huge pile of dog poop... it's the biggest pile of chihuahua shit I have ever seen! Sugoi!!!!

Will be flying with airasia on 4 Nov to get my visa done in KL :) wish me luck

The surrogates was like a brilliant roller-coaster ride in an alternative universe! It's amazing how make-up and special effects can make my fave baldy..aka Willis...twenty years younger. His surrogate self included hair+ makeup+ botox? This show brought back fond memories of the terminator series... I am such a junkie for action flicks... am I really a girl?

I found these last night in a pile of Kellie's junk! These tissue packets are so outrageously cute >< but their owner has forbiddened me from using them. Something of a death threat was involved... so I'll be oogling but not touching

If you look really closely, you'll probably notice foxy's butt and tail in the background. That's one of his faveourite snoozing hangouts. Head under the bed; ass and tail hanging out for some poor unsuspecting victim to trip over. I have a feeling that Foxy thinks he's a Ostrich. The dog who wants to be a giant bird must hide his head at all costs. "If I can't see you...you can't see me either" says the Fox.

Updates on the Fox

Can you believe it? Foxy the chihuahua is now 3 kg! ZOMG... he's put on quite a bit of weight for a little fella >< He used to be a slender 2.5 kilograms... How did this happen? Lol...he might be fat-ter but he's as happy as always - and not to mention naughty as usual too. Dogs are such wonderful beings! They deal with all the shit that life brings... sniffing poop is really big in the world of the canine. I sniff yours and you do mine. "It's basic courtesy, no more, no less," says the Fox.

Anyway I came home today to find my room in a mess! I swear, it's as if a hurricane ran though the place! But it was just my tiny chihuahua busying himself with building a comfortable nest to call it a day.

Nearly had a heart attack

Omg! My mom misplaced my A level Cert and the entire family went on a crazy cert-hunt! Except for Dad (aka homer-simpson-doppleganger) who was cool as a cucumber, sipping a coke infront of the telly... What will I do without my Dad? In the end we found my cert...phew...

Yawn...gonna go watch some MJ music videos before going to bed. I'm quite tempted to watch the MJ movie when it hits the silver screen. The trailer was freaking awesome~

Flirting with Death

There's a funeral going on at the void deck of my flat. So when I was bringing Foxy down for a walk (just a few minutes ago) we had to navigate carefully to avoid trepassing into the funeral procession.

Then something weird happened... a guy walked out from the funeral area and started chatting me up. He even took out his handphone and wanted to take some pictures of me and Fox. Omg... I think he was the undertaker.

Thank gawd for a distraction! One of his buddies stepped out of the metal, portable loo spewing all sorts of hokkien vulgarities. Foxy and I seized the chance - we zoomed off in the opposite direction! Lol...

Blogger keeps getting weirder

For some strange reason I woke up really early today. I had the strangest dream last night...arg...i don't even want to think about it.

Anyway, I've finally decided on my choices for the exchange programme! Phew...it took me the entire morning to decide.

After that tedious task, I managed to spend some time on a sketch :) I haven't been drawing since my secondary school days... But digital drawing puts me in a zen mode: this is a hobby that might grow on me :) Finally, another use for gimp and my adorable little genius tablet

Girls movie outing - UP we go~

Met up with two gorgeous darlings from my JC days - HanYing and HuiMin :) due to my selfish requests both agreed to join me for my first 3D movie experience- UP. Yes, I am a backward turtle...never watched a 3D full length film until that fine saturday afternoon, so bite me :p

Anyway the movie was kinda boring. The music was too repetative, every track was french themed and oh-so-classical! Hanying said it reminded her of the movie Amelie? I had to try to hard to refrain from snoring. Gosh...and there were so many noisy kids there. Sigh...

The 3D effects were too bland for my liking. Nothing too drastic or exciting there... In fact the trailer for Jim Carey's new movie was way better than this one. Gaaah! Schools starting tomorrow! T-T

Anyway, I went for a hair cut with Uma yesterday at our fave salon - Hair(plus).



I like my new hair! It's short and bouncy, just the way I like it >< Agnes...you are so amazing at hairstyling... Uma hair cut was pretty cute too! She cut bangs (the first time in years) and it really softened her look giving her a more doll like appearance. Kewl!



And now for some xiaxue photo-editing. Haha... she always looks so gorgeous in her blog's photos. Makes me wonder why I even bother. Oh well, it was fun!

I've been reading plenty of my friend's blogs and there's one thing I realised: everyone is very emo...lol...why, why, why? Why god is there darkness stalking the blogs of ntu students? Yeah, I'll be insane not to admit that life has its scary moments when we get caught up in our insercurities...wait a minute...did i even spell that word right? Karen visits the dentist

In the spur of the moment, I called the dentist and made an appointment. A slightly cranky receptionist picked up my call. She said that the dentist was available today. So down to the market I went.

After some drilling, filling, rinsing and prodding... my chipped tooth was fixed! >< I love how it looks! Mr. Dentist did say that the tooth got worse because of my uneven bite. Braces was highly reccommended to fix the problem. Sigh...maybe I'll do it next year?

Yes, its britney again! Haha I am such a huge fan of hers. But why oh why does Britney have so many unflattering pictures on the Internet? It makes me itch to touch up every one last of them so that the princess of pop may be restored to her former glory. Sigh... I did some air-brushing for her skin, edited out some wrinkles, and did her make-up. And there you have it: five years younger already!
